Creating a more just, joyous and environmentally regenerative world.

OUR VALUES | MEET THE TEAM | JOIN THE TEAM

Into The Streets is a culture production studio specializing in outdoor civic and cultural events, community engagement, and capacity building for social impact organizations.

As a woman of color, LGBTQ-owned, San Francisco-based small business, we are committed to empowering female, Indigenous, brown, Black and queer communities realizing economic liberation while making our city a more just, joyous, and environmentally regenerative place.

Leading culture change for lasting impact

As practitioners of play and community development, we convene diverse stakeholders to collaborate, solve problems and create cultural change for lasting impact.

Accelerating the regeneration of community & a more equitable economy

We are working with/in cities to accelerate the regeneration of community and a more resilient, equitable, environmentally conscious economy by helping diverse communities reclaim streets as public spaces and sites of celebration.

Building a kinder, more responsive democracy

Our society has become so fractured that bringing people together to celebrate each other isn’t just a party or a novel economic recovery strategy — it’s the essential work of rebuilding a kinder and more responsive democracy.

We are pushing the conversation on the importance of cultural stewardship as a civic investment and the role events have in creating shared meaning and catalyzing collective action in today’s society.

We also advocate to recognize event producers and professionals’ essential contributions as cultural bearers within this ecosystems.
