Traffic and Parking Changes for Friday September 27, 2024:

No parking or vehicle traffic will be allowed on Irving Street between 19th Avenue and 26th Avenue between 10:00am - 11:59pm.

• UPDATE: Shoppers can park in metered parking spaces up until 10:00am and commercial loading will be facilitated until 2:00pm.

No through traffic will be allowed on the following streets between 2:00pm - 11:59pm and some parking spaces next to Irving St will be removed starting at 6:00am: 

• 21st Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street

• 22nd Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street 

• 23rd Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street 

• 24th Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street

• 25th Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street

Starting at 2:00pm, only residents accessing off street parking or an ADA drop-off at a residence and Muni buses will be allowed to enter the following streets: 

• 22nd Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street 

• 23rd Avenue between Lincoln Way and Judah Street 

Residents living on these streets can download a Residential Access Pass for quicker entry or provide an ID or driver's license to staff at Lincoln Way or Judah Street for entrance.

Starting at 2:00pm, businesses should direct food delivery pickups to the following loading zone locations: 

• 19th Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

• 20th Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

• 21st Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

• 24th Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

• 25th Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

• 26th Avenue - Loading Zones located north & south of Irving Street

Transit Updates:

UPDATE: The 7 Haight/Noriega bus line will run its regular route on 22nd and 23rd Avenues for the duration of the street closure.
